It's been 2 weeks already since the new season started!  You must have already seen him, but in case you missed our Dev Stream, here he is: Cadet Jan! This new skin will be awarded to all the survivors that reach Gold or higher in Season 12!

And to celebrate the start of the Ranked Season, we've prepared a new event to help you complete your ER Pass faster!

• Rewards will be delivered to your mailbox immediately upon access, and you'll have 1 day to claim them.
• Season Fragments are immediately opened and applied to the Season Collection upon retrieving them.
• Rewards that expire will not be reissued.
• Please restart the game if you have not received your reward.
• Ranked Rewards will only be awarded to players who completed 5 or more ranked matches during the season.
