1. Added the Resource Transfer Station building along with a related guidance quest

Soldiers assigned to this building will collect scattered resources within the base and transport them here for centralized storage.

[Bug Fixes]

1. Fixed an issue where soldiers would display abnormal behavior at their workstations after loading into the base.

2. Fixed an issue where using W/A/S/D to move the camera during space exploration could cause the camera to zoom in abnormally during interactions.

[Other Improvements]

1. Improved model rendering and visual display within the base.

All corrections have been verified and authorized.
