Kaycee's Mod V0.19

I couldn't think of a better place to do patch notes for the Kaycee's Mod beta, so hopefully it doesn't get confused for patch notes of the base game.

Kaycee's Mod Beta V0.19

• Fixed the invisible sigil on the Prospector's Bloodhound when it appears as the 2nd or 3rd map.

• Fix for the lack of available sigil totems when encountering The Woodcarver

• Fix for Deathcards appearing in the Leshy boss battle that have abilities that aren't unlocked yet.

• Fixes for base game bugs in the Kaycee's Mod branch: not being able to pick up the key in the safe, and Prospector Grizzly Glitching every time.
