Festive Activities
What are the Summer Festival activities you can participate in? Well, there are multiple. The event platform in Protector’s Enclave is where you can pick up a mission that will take you to the festivities. Let’s go through the several activities you can do here:
Sahha Ball - From Amn, the popular team-based sport, Sahha, has come to the Sword Coast! Once inside the arena, your powers will be swapped out with ‘Sahha-based powers’.
Summer Feast Contest - Adventurers can herd animals back to their homes or pick corn from the large fields behind the farmstead. Watch out for the Golden Chicken, for it could be your ticket to victory!
Troll Fight Contest - Tired of farm duties? Trolls occasionally raid the South West portion of the Festival Area. When they arrive, players of all levels can take them on, slaying them to receive contest points.
**Water Battle Contest **- When the trolls aren’t attempting to ruin the festivities, the same area is home to the Water Battle arena! Summer wouldn’t be complete without your fellow Adventurers drenching each other in water. The more you splash other players, the more points you’ll receive! Collecting Flowers - Find Fireblossom Flowers from bushes on the Festival Grounds or reclaim them from mischievous Kobolds you defeat. Trade them in at the Florist for rewards.
Summer Provisioning - During the festival, a special profession will be made available. Players can recruit a Sunite Acolyte and use reagents only available from participating in the Festival to craft various food and clothing items.
Fashion, Mounts, Companions, and more can be obtained throughout this event at the Petal Store, Tribute Store, and Sahha Ticket Exchange. Let’s first have a look at the latest additions to what we have to offer!
Sahha Match changes
To improve the Sahha Match experience, Sahha Ball is now a 3 versus 3 game instead of 5 versus 5, and rewards are increased for the winning team, the losing team, and in the case of ties. Copper tickets for additional Sahha Ball abilities are no longer required. If you already have the abilities, nothing will change for you. Otherwise, doing the initial Sahha quest will unlock the abilities immediately.
Mount: Silvanite Blossom Bear (Epic)
Obtainable through the Blessing of Sune store.
A forest guardian touched by Silvanus, this great bear bears a crown of ever-blooming flowers. Found near the High Forest, it is revered as a living symbol of nature's balance and strength.
Combat Power: Tunnel Vision
A strong single target attack with a Magnitude of 618.
Equip Power: Ferocious Predator
Gives 464 Power and Critical Severity, as well as 556 Combined Rating
Blossom Sigils (Fashion)
Obtainable through the Petal store.
Suddenly vines and flowers slowly start enveloping the body, a process orchestrated by Fey tricket, leading to varying effects between creatures of all races; some receive the ability to communicate with the flora around them, and others are reshaped by the vines, becoming one with them.
Reward Changes
The Silver Ticket Store for Insignias, found at the Sahha Ticket Exchange, now uses Insignia Choice Packs, with a limitation per rarity. You can obtain 10 Legendary Choice Packs, 20 Epic Choice Packs, 20 Rare Choice Packs, and 25 Uncommon Choice Packs per account.
Piñatas are available for 50 Fireblossom Petals through the Petal Store in the Consumables section. Players can use it to summon a critter that drops rewards when defeated. Rewards include Buff Food, Enchantments, and more. Insignias have been redistributed over the various random loot tables.
Sahha Ticket-Balls, used for rewards, have been changed in a way where you no longer need to pass it around thirty time anymore. Instead, it instantly grants rewards upon using the Sahha Ball. Drop rates of the items remain the same, except there is a decrease in fireworks drops to improve overall performance of the Summer Festival.
Chauntea's Bounty
During the Summer Festival it's possible to obtain Chauntea's Bounty, which you can open without using any key! Blessed by the Great Mother herself, the Chauntea's Bounty overflows with treasures. Those fortunate enough to open it may discover rare Companions, Mounts, and community-requested legacy Fashion and legacy gear. Except for selected Mounts and Companions, fashion- and gear obtainables are Bound on Equip.
You get one Chauntey's Bounty per account each day (Bound to Account) during the Summer Festival, by completing the repeatable ‘Your very own Sahha Ball’ quest. Level 20 is required here. Additionally, you can obtain them through the Zen Store (unbound).
Mythic rewards include the Hag's Enchanted Cauldron, Glorious Undead Lion, Neo Eclipse Lion, Golden Bulette Pup, Drizzt Do’Urden, Myconid, and Tutor. It also includes brand-new Blossom Illusions, see the video below!
Opening Chauntey's Bounty will **always grant 10 to 18 Tradebars **on top of one of the obtainables, and the more Chauntey's Bounty you open, the more additional rewards you will get through milestones.
Trade Bar Store and Wondrous Bazaar
The Trade Bar Store features the Beholder Rune Board Mount for the duration of the Summer Festival. Additionally, the Slab of Vecna Mount can be found in the Wondrous Bazaar.
Other Rewards
The Petal Store, Tribute Store, and Sahha Ticket Exchange offer a range of great rewards.
While playing the Summer Festival’s missions, you will be granted Fireblossom Petal and Favor of Sune. Fireblossom Petal can be redeemed at the Petal Store for mainly Mounts, while the Favor is used to get goods from the Tribute Store for mainly Companions and Fashion. Both stores are at the center of the map.
Celebrate the summer in Neverwinter – true to its name – by heading over to the Summer Festival grounds!
