Dear Jerzy,

In response to the London bombing tonight, King George VI came to France. Supposedly more than 200 V-1 missiles hit the island. My hunch, however, tells me that parents are safe! And you know I’m a clairvoyant, same as I predicted that you will not go with us to England. I still admire that you found the courage to stay and fight in the AK, but I just miss you. General arranged for us the aviation support, we are about to attack Caen!
