Small fix for garden furniture!

Fixed some furniture items getting duplicated upon saving and loading. If you've noticed a gradual decrease in performance since the garden furniture update you may have a large number of duplicated furniture items. You can check by trying to move a piece of furniture and see if there were actually multiple in the same spot, and put any duplicates in your inventory.

Fixed not being able to pick up some furniture items after exiting furniture mode. This mostly affected flowers and wall decoration furniture
