Bug fixes and improvements

• Issue with energy damage not applied to shield fixed.

• Saving spawnbox and enemy state.

• Close repair widget issue fixed.

• Upgrade resorces fix (colonists not required as upgrade resource anymore).

• Balance reset when starting new Bulwark game.

• Removed engineer operation buttons.

• Unbuilt supply ship can't be sent to market anymore.

• Save game crash fix.
