COMING SOON: LOBBY AND MAP SELECT OVERHAUL

The topic of lobby and ready up comes up a lot, so we wanted to share a first look at the UX and UI overhaul coming to RISK in 2026.

You asked, we listened—READY UP is moving to the lobby:

Select a Map screen

No more browsing maps/games one at a time. You can view as rows or grid, adjust thumbnail sizes, dynamic filter (doesn't obscure the whole screen anymore). It's much faster, efficient way to browse now. You'll notice there are different icons for humans + bots overlayed on the map thumbnails, so no surprises.

*2v2 (team play) will not be available with the release, but is planned for later this year.
