Patch notes:

• Graphical presets tweaked - 'Bad' and below should offer large performance gains on low-end systems.

• "Soy beverages" now have a proper name on the label

• Fixed spatial issue with music (will now play in both ears)

• New achievements: "Clocking In" & "Zoil Skip".

• Fixed Genocide and The Trash Man. Yes, for real this time.

• Plugged up some areas that morons were getting stuck in.

• Added options menu to main screen.

• Added obnoxious advertisement to main screen.

• Added globally tracked death counter for Tyrone Jr - please safeguard your child so this doesn't get too high.
