Added Morale - workers morale will drop by losing to people they think are 'beneath' them, and gain morale by winning matches

Creative Control logic is now in play, meaning workers with Creative Control can block bookings they don't like

Added helpful script for deleting tables easily

Added helpful script to delete orphan contracts (contracts without a promotion)

Added title match history in the titles screen (click a title to view all matches that occurred for that title)

Fixed bug where development didnt have the correct background image

Made "No" be the default value of "Is development contract?" in Edit Contracts
