Improvements

• Crowd sound effects now stop when the game is paused.

• All sounds are muted when you click out of the application window or change to another program.

Bugs

• Fix an error when exiting the game from the menu.

• Fix multi-select not retaining information when another dialog option is opened.

• Fix staff sometimes failing to stop work due to an error.
