Wigmund - Patch 1.4.7

In this patch, we have improved and fixed the following:

Misc:

• Fixed an overheating issue on newer RTX video cards

• Fixed a GPU queue issue that was limiting graphics card performance

• Fixed a bug affecting multi-monitor setups with different resolutions

• Added super-sampling at 160% of the default resolution, with a maximum of 200%

• Various minor fixes
