• Affinity Respeccing has been enabled

KNOW ISSUES - There has been a bug since launch that the FIRST point that you apply doesn't apply stats, we are aware and will address that in a future patch. Also at times the stats may not update until closing the window and then returning.

• Fixed an issue where the mastery Arcane Eye wasn't working properly when using Tempest.
