Rebound v0.54.1

Hi! This is a small patch to help us figure out a few issues that people have been experiencing and added smaller QOL stuff. Our primary focus currently is creating ranked and introducing more server improvements.

General

• We have implemented Steam's "recent players" feature, you can now browse to people's profiles by using the Steam overlay and clicking Recent Players in the friends panel.
• We've removed a checkbox to acknowledge that the game is in beta on the first launch because its UX was sub-optimal and confused some users.
• Added some useful debugging values for us to figure out several issues related to the performance of some gameservers
• Improved some of the diagnostics that run when reporting a server to help with figuring out more issues (these diagnostics can be toggled in the settings)

Cosmetics

• Created a system to allow the artists to use the skin color on cosmetics (to allow for things like fingerless gloves and jerseys that don't cover the entire body)
• Added new sets: Orc, Vampire, Zombie
• Added next month's Patreon items (Goal light hat, toolbelt and katana)
• Added a goatee, forester hat and flame jersey

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where some leaderboards wouldn't load correctly because of an outdated Redis cache
