Fix the rare bug when all birds tweet with a 1 second delay causing tweetpocolypse

Fix the stuck in slowmotion bug

Fix user settings getting reset after a second shut down

Updated available languages to reflect what's available

Fixed being able to get into the doggo yard too early

Fixed doggo's dirt effects being on by default

Fixed not being able to achieve Fruitfall after the grocer has returned the banana

Slightly increased the radius in which kitty can hoover birds when pouncing (was accidentally reduced awhile back)

Updated some of Kitty's and other NPC's animations
