Update Details

1. Monster Balance Update – The HP of "Foretold Death" has been nerfed.

2. Quest Patch Notes – Improved accessibility for early quests.

(*) Regarding the war buff, the discussion has been too polarizing to reach a consensus, so it will take a little more time to come to an agreement. In the long term, we are considering removing the buff entirely, and based on the discussion, we will think more carefully and work to find a solution as soon as possible.
