Patch 2.4

Patch 2.4 is available for Bus World. It features the following fixes:

• Fixed navigation path in some scenarios where it could unexpectedly disappear;
• Fixed the bug that caused inability to purchase fuel in garage for some buses;
• Fixed the notification about evacuation in "After the eruption" scenario;
• Fixed the issue that caused too many passengers to spawn in Southern China.
