Bugfixes and small balance changes

Thank you everyone for reporting bugs and submitting balance feedback! This hotfix update addresses the Alanach upgrade path bug and other issues, including a rare crash.

• Improved balance to prevent overly high damage in the first round

• Fixed Best Pal artifact not working with Bleed torment modifier

• Fixed card upgrade window

• Fixed hand overflow when fighting Slithering Magus with Pacifist torment

• Fixed a crash when using the Fresh Meat card in a full dungeon
