Patch 3.1.0 Build 137 Released

Dear Citizens of the Suzerainverse,

We’re excited to announce that the latest patch for the 3.1 update has been released! Thank you for all the love and feedback you’ve shared over the past couple of weeks since we launched 3.1 "Sovereign".

Patch 3.1.0 Build 137 Release (12/06/2025) The patch is deployed to the default branch. The database changes only apply to new games, and code fixes apply to on-going games.

• Added conversation branches in Turn 8 council scene to reflect if Porte Drazon Stock Exchange has already been established; moved chair decision to later

• Added Morella relations boost if MITZ agreement reached

• Added codex entry for Voice of Rizia if freedom of press revoked

• Made it possible for Duke Reinhart to accept Toras last name without a military alliance under certain conditions

Design & Balancing

• Removed option to flee to Rumburg in epilogue if you publicly announced Adarfo collaboration

• Stopped "dangerous revolutionaries" situation from triggering too early

• Stopped Malenyevist revolutionaries from triggering when Morella allied

• Stopped foreign goods reliance negative modifier from appearing as "Business Influx"

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Pabel acting as if player knows his secret if you have not discussed it with him

• Fixed potential premature ending in Intermerkopum roundtable scene

• Fixed Taddeus appearing out of nowhere in turn 8 security meeting

• Fixed Sordland bond return articles triggering too late

• Raised Malenyevism threshold for Deivid to call player an authoritarian during ending assessment

Mobile Divergence

• Changed minimum SDK level to 30 (Android 11) for Android

• Fixed issue with push notifications not getting cancelled at times
