Major Suzerain Update & Rizia DLC Hits Switch

We have big news for Nintendo Switch Suzerain fans! We're excited to announce that we've just dropped a massive content update for the Nintendo Switch version of Suzerain, and launched the long-awaited Kingdom of Rizia DLC on the console.

That means Switch players are finally getting the full political strategy RPG experience, updated and complete with every feature that PC and mobile players have enjoyed up until now.

Suzerain on Switch: The Full Experience

Suzerain* puts you in the shoes of a national leader navigating diplomacy, governance, and some seriously tough moral dilemmas. It’s less about brute force and more about making difficult choices that ripple through your nation’s history.

With the latest update, the Switch version is now fully up to speed. That includes:

**New Scenes, New Dialogues, New Paths **– Discover fresh conversations, impactful choices, and meaningful consequences that shape your nation’s destiny in Suzerain. This comprehensive overhaul expands the game with refined storytelling, a more immersive narrative, and an interactive world map, while also adding 12 new scenes, 9 new decisions, expanded character arcs, and over 300 new news articles and city reports.

Performance & Visual Enhancements – Enjoy smoother gameplay through improved performance optimization, along with upgraded visuals, enhanced audio, and an overall richer presentation that makes every moment in *Suzerain *more engaging and memorable.

Please note: Unfortunately, due to these changes and improvements, Nintendo Switch players will lose their current save data when updating to the latest version of Suzerain and will need to begin a new playthrough.

Enter the Kingdom of Rizia

A big highlight for us is the launch of the Kingdom of Rizia DLC, which offers a completely different perspective: monarchy. You’ll step into the crown as King Romus Toras, navigating the challenges of ruling a kingdom steeped in tradition but staring down a rapidly changing world. Here’s what you can expect:

Build Your Nation - Sign dozens of Royal Decrees on topics such as order, economy, and welfare to develop and improve Rizia. Will you be the guardian of peace or the catalyst for conflict?

War Mechanic & Military Build-up - Experience the strategic and tactical military challenges in a turn-based experience. Build up the Rizian Armed Forces and train units to intimidate neighbors.

**A Game of Houses **- Engage in discussions on religion, family, and romance. Dive into the intricate dynamics of a royal family and houses where relationships intertwine, merging the realms of love, duty, and politics.
