Fixes and Optimizations

• Added a Function in Settings to adjust the movement speed boost of [Brisk Steps]

• Fixed the issue where refreshing the Peddler's goods caused the stacks of [Rational Consumption]

to decrease

• Fixed the issue where Lei Luo's Initial Talent [Gifted Man] did not take effect under certain

circumstances

• Fixed the issue where Cang Jue's Secondary Skill occasionally dealt no damage

• Fixed the issue where using 
   in Season 1 consumed all stacks
