Minor bug fixes, and Pittsburgh gets some love

• Fixed position of "Add Text" button on CD designer screen. • Fixed bugs that prevented properly leaving a bar/club or studio when traveling to a different city by using the map. • Increased text size in several dropdowns. • Added logging for significant actions to help with troubleshooting bugs. • Increased population of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 335,000 to 2,400,000 to include the full metro area.
