- Fixed and re-enabled "Cold" for horses - more caretaking to our big for-legged friends!

• Corrected audio synchronization of eating with a spoon sound for horses
• Settings menu should no longer open on it's own when going to the park
• Added counter to show how long till Vet DLC launch
• Sometime new notification would appear on seemingly random height, now it should always appear at the top
• Fixed sprained limb for horses when Vet DLC is not enabled
