Bug fixes

• Fixed that leader skills that grants a free project were still displaying a cost in the hiring panel in some cases.

• Fixed a bug where you couldn't research a project, despite the research popup saying you could. It could happen after using a leader skill that increases pick count.

• Fix an incorrect maximum number of buildings displayed in the city UI in some cases.

• Improved robustness of the code that retrieves and save player progress.

• Added a missing chinese translation

• Fixed the “A rock” tooltip not beeing translated.

• Fixed an issue where some buttons were not translated anymore
