We will proceed with temporary server maintenance.

■ Server Temporary Maintenance

Start Time: August 14, 2026, 15:30 (CST/UTC+8)

Affected Servers: All servers

Estimated Duration: 1–2 hour

 

■ Maintenance Details

1. Fix an issue where high-level quests would spawn on the Elemental Quest Board for players below the required level.

2. Adjust the unlock level for high-level quests on the Elemental Quest Board to Level 45.

3. Resolve a bug preventing the initial login Element Daily Check-in quest from completing properly.

 

Due to the abnormal spawn of high-level quests on the Elemental Quest Board, all players will receive a Element Platinum Treasury Chest as compensation. The reward will be sent via in-game mail to the first character you log into, with a one-time claim limit per account.
