Map System Evolution

Dear users,

We are excited to announce a major update to how maps are managed in FPV.SkyDive. To streamline your experience and provide more flexibility for future updates, we are transitioning maps from a traditional DLC model to an integrated In-App Purchase (IAP) system using the Steam Inventory Service.

Starting from the end of January, the individual store pages for our map DLCs (Red Canyon, Neon Island, and Airport) will be retired. Instead of purchasing them as separate DLCs on the Steam Store, these maps will now be available as Items directly within the game’s internal store.

Important: You will NOT lose your content!

We want to reassure that if you already own these DLCs, you will keep them forever.

Better Value for Our Community

We are not just changing the system; we are making our maps more accessible! By moving away from the traditional DLC model to In-App Purchases, we are able to lower the price for all future pilots.

• Significant Price Drop: All individual maps will get up to 40% price reduction*

• Exclusive Rewards for early adopters: All users who have purchased and still owns any of the three DLCs (Airport, Neon Island, or Red Canyon) prior to January 28th will be granted a **special "Legacy" reward **soon.
