V3.1.28 Issues Fixed

Fix

1. Fixed an issue where the status [Berserk] provided by [Killing Frenzy] would sometimes persist into the next battle.

2. Fixed an issue where [Fernando] discarding the card [Past] would also trigger the discard effect for the enemy hero [Ke Xiangxi].

3. Fixed an issue where the evolution level provided by [Kubai]'s proficiency did not increase armor.

4. Fixed an issue where [Sky Thunder Strike] would sometimes attack before applying the [Damage Amplification] status.

5. Fixed an issue where the status [Frozen III] would be removed at the end of battle (instead of lasting until death).
