Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where Ming's passive skill balance adjustments were not applied.
2. Fixed an issue preventing some players from unlocking Secondary Weapons in Level Rewards.
3. Fixed an issue where the cooldown time for Forbidden Blood and Forbidden Armor cards was displayed incorrectly in Korean.
4. Fixed the issue in Outbreak mode where Omega Cores could repeatedly trigger shield effects during Ultimate/Damage Reduction Shield.
5. Fixed an issue where custom keybindings for the controller were not applied immediately.
6. Fixed a display issue with Japanese text for the Functions option in the String Energy Network for Kokona and Kanami.
7. Fixed an issue where some items couldn't be purchased on the EPIC version.
8. Fixed an occasional issue with the Operation Restraint event starting abnormally in Outbreak mode.

Feature Optimization:

1. Temporarily disabled DirectX 12 mode to prevent potential crashes.
