YoloMouse 1.23.0

The main update is the UI rework for cursor/preset assignment and discovery, with the the goal of addressing various usability issues. This includes some new features like preset hotkey support.

The rest is heavy polish, performance buffs, and fixes.

Next update will focus on effects and create tab 😊

• FIX: Window Mouse Lock: Fixed issue in Icarus where cursor would escape when switching between FPS and UI.

• FIX: Zoom effect: Crash on some systems.

• FIX: Placeholder ? cursor showing up when it shouldn't.

• REMOVE: Safe Mode. Replaced by "Software" option in GPU selector.

• REMOVE: Included presets for single cursor games. The new shared cursors cover this case.
