Patch Notes 0.1.1.1 (Merry Christmas Part II)

• Fixes for missing ECM on Sovremenny and added CIWS mag collider on Long Beach 83

• Bad material ID on transparent parts on Long Beach

Improvements/Additions:

• Russian and Chinese translations

• Tweaked deck texture on OHP
