Update 1.2.34

I know it's been a while since the previous update, but I've now finally gotten back to development, fixing quite a few things in this update. My plan is still to complete the game by the end of Summer 2023, although I will of course continue to fix bugs beyond that as they are reported! Changelog for this update follows:

CNG: Music config setting now affects both main menu and bailout music CNG: Non-Player Commander crewmen can now only receive a decoration if the Player Commander already has 1+ of them CNG: Crew nicknames now displayed in the assign positions and swap positions menus CNG: Revised portraits and stats for several German late-war tank destroyers (thanks PowderTrail!)
