3.0.8 fixes + Linux 64bit Support

This patch adds Native Linux/Steamdeck build support and fixes!

• Native Linux 64bit support! (Game should run faster!)

• Upgraded to Unity version 2019.4.40 LTS (Makes the game stabler)

• Frame perfect bug where Cow in Homeland played a bell sound just after the game has unloaded the Homelanda audio bank causing weird behaviors throughout the game.

• Soft-lock inside the city café if you take a photo of a mouse just before it enters the hole in the wall
