and about the Official scenario English translations:

• Plans have already been decided and all that remains is to wait for time.

However, again, this is a translation of the "official scenario". It does not allow user scenarios to be played in English, nor does it involve significant UI English optimization. On the other hand, some improvements are planned for English users playing Japanese user scenarios.
