Updates

• When in auto-map icon placement mode, keyboard "L" can be used to cancel.

Fixes

• After a character was lost, when viewing that character in the training ground, the display was sometimes incorrect.
• After initialization of a character, unintended equipment was sometimes performed after purchasing an item at a store.
• When identifying items in the bar, the screen feed was sometimes limited even though the result was not fear effect.
• When auto-mapping was turned off, unintended commands were displayed when using "wizard eyes" spell or items with equivalent effects.
