VTube Studio 1.33.2

This small patch fixes an issue with the new screenshot system where certain visual effects (like the outline and backlight VFX) would be incorrectly scaled and positioned when using custom screenshot resolutions.

The patch also improves how the bloom effect looks when using very high screenshot resolutions.

Finally, the patch adds a screenshot button in the Expression Editor. This makes it easier to manually pose your model from there and then take screenshots.
