4. Known Issues: 2 Identified Issues Including Eleonor's Skill Effect Error

① Skill effects of Eleonor's skills, "Geyser Burst" and "Reflect Ray", displaying incorrectly. └ This error will be corrected on August 4, 2026, during the scheduled maintenance.

② Debuff related to Amamiya Shisui's ultimate skill missing from Buff/Debuff Icon List. └ This error will be corrected on July 21, 2026, during the scheduled maintenance. Please refer to Shisui's skill screen for the debuff effect details.

5. Suspension of cheating users

To maintain a fair gaming environment, we have taken action against accounts identified as engaging in cheating. The following 5 accounts have been suspended as part of this measure. Some accounts may be permanently banned depending on the severity of their infractions.
