V8.3 Hotfix Update!!

Hi everyone, a few more fixes.

BUGFIX - Rain sound when snowing when you enter or exit caves in the winter. BUGFIX - Using the Katana would sometimes block other weapons/tools from being able to be used. BUGFIX - The AI was never intended to damage placeables such as chest, workbenches etc. In some circumstances they were and it is now fixed and should no longer happen.
