Minor update

This one's mainly about stuff under the hood, but there are some new things too. Trouble with your crew and that whole system should now be a bit more interesting and diverse, as well as being better balanced (upgrades to the engine are enabling a lot of new, subtle changes to how things are balanced). The big push is still Chapter Two. There's a lot of stuff in testing for this currently, and it'll be the end of March at the latest.

• Trouble with your crew and associated cards have had a little work.

• There's a bit more war stuff.

• There's a tiny bit more Smith stuff.

• You can now change your mind about Modifying yourself? (costs credits).

• New artwork.

• Made some tweaks and fixes to tucking and having a bulge.

• Fixed not being able to make the first step with the penis sound.

• Fixed some other minor bugs and typos; thanks for the reports!
