Minor update

Deep reserves has had some work.

Having a runner as a companion now gives Access/Stored cash.

You can now toggle the effect of layering on and off when viewing an outfit.

Holding down shift when finalising a supply packet will now keep that window open.

New artwork.

Fixed some additional clothing and outfit things.

Fixed slots in the left hand bar being available when they should have been locked out.

Fixed some other minor bugs and typos; thanks for the reports!
