[Feature] -Added an interactive indicator button for Dark Fog Communicator. -Now game can be paused in Tech Tree.

[Balance] -Adjusted the numbers related to combat upgrades, including the quantity of matrix consumption and the effects. (Unlocked upgrade saves are not affected)

[Bugfix] -Fixed a bug where pasting blueprint to build a Logistics Distributor will cause an error. -Fixed a bug where seed information UI may not display in outer space. -Fixed a bug where a seed may not be deleted after it arriving at the designated planetary system. -Fixed a bug where a seed may not display health bar.
