Patch note

The following function was added to OPTION.

• Added "Off(Battle)" item to "Vertical Sync" in Display Settings. Setting this item turns off vertical synchronization during battle.

　(Turning off vertical sync reduces the display delay, but may cause tearing of the image on the screen. 　However, tearing is more likely to occur on the screen.)
