Update 1.9 - New game mode with city selection

Meet the 1.9 update! It adds the long-awaited “Cities of your choice” mode to the main game. In it, your task will be to unlock territories for a limited time, but this time it's up to you to choose which cities to bring into the game.

Along with this, we have made other changes, including fixing several achievements.
