New update with new bugfixes

A new update is available for Fly Corp in Steam.

• Fixed a problem that could cause in-game money to become negative
• Fixed "The United States of America" scenario
• Fixed a bug that allowed cities that are too close to each other to open in Daily scenarios
• Singapore added to Scenario Editor
• Fixed performance issues after entering pause menu
• Fixed various minor bugs
