Active pause and new territories are available!

Here's a full changelog of today's update 0.4.13:

• Added two new territories: Cape Verde and Mauritius.
• Implemented active pause. Now you can suspend the game at any time to build new routes, launch planes, upgrade infrastructure and so on.
• Now there are five save slots instead of three. You were asking for it, we made it.
• Fixed "That was close!" achievement.
• Now if you save with overcrowd timer active, the timer will not reset to 5 seconds but continue from the point it was on upon loading the save file.
• Some other minor fixes.
