Announcement: A new free demo is coming soon

Desert Runners,

Starsand will release in 1.5 months from now, as an Early Access title. As you know, Early Access means that the game will improve a lot over time, as we’ll be working hard on adding, changing, fixing, polishing for the full release.

Despite the game - as it is in its current stage - is bound to change in the future, we want to give players the opportunity to check whether they consider the Early Access version worth buying according to their expectations, or if they prefer to wait for the full version.

Therefore, from the early days of October, a new updated demo will be available on our Steam page.

How long will it be online? Probably for a while after the game releases. It will stay there for everyone to try the game out - as long as we feel it represents what we have at any given moment.

Now, it just so happens that we are looking for 10 volunteers.

Since there is still time before the demo goes live, we would like to try something a bit different and playtest it with the help of a few volunteers. But we want to keep it simple and easy to organize, therefore this time we’ll just take on 10 players who’ll join our beloved testers and play the demo before we release it.
