- Capture the flag: couldn't throw flag while holding a shield
- Capture the flag: flag attached to gun with akimbo mutator
- Elimination: countdown timer on arm and spectator didn't work
- Spectator: score didn't always update in capture the flag
- Spectator: announcer voice didn't play
- Wormhole bug
