v1.25.10 hotfix

Fixed

• settings: show chevrons setting and hide drones setting would affect each other
• payload: respawning broken if the game mode makes you switch teams while you were dead
• spectator: starting spectator in a certain way would make it display 2D in headset
• would never show "headset not found" if there were startup issues
• sparks sometimes not spawning.
