Patch version 0.6.12b (Beta Branch)

This beta branch patch addresses some early bug reports for the recent Hero Pack 5 release.

• Service Kevlar relic effect no longer applies to non-HP damage

• Fixed certain relics with longer descriptions not showing their descriptions on hover in bind menu

• Fixed some relic descriptions that were too long to fit in the bind menu description box

• Fixed crash when viewing unbound Agent's Watch relic

• Fixed possible crash if an enemy was killed by Lawbringer's Posse skill in certain situations
