Patch version 0.2.11

This is a small bugfix patch to address some recently reported issues.

• Added a few new distortions, and rebalanced a couple of existing ones

• Fixed Kiara's (Banshee) Wail dealing physical instead of sonic damage

• Fixed bug with Sovras' (Necromancer) MP displaying as 9999 the first time you looked at him in the party menu

• Fixed bug where skill book counts were sometimes not saved properly

• Fixed interaction with Meditate skill level 2 and buffs that have infinite duration

• Fixed glossary background visual bug when manually clicking scroll bar to move it
