Small fixes
- Fixed inital elevator desync for SCP-939 storage and SCP-049 cont.
- SNAV now syncs position
- 914 key resets properly on clients
- 049-2 and 008 now sync position
- Medkits are fixed
- Added a basic API for streamers/devs to add things like Twitch/Discord integration (example bot for devs here: https://github.com/VirtualBrightPlayz/SCPLR_ChatBot)
